What do you dream of?

We all have deep hopes and dreams that for one reason or another, go unreached.

Often, it’s for the sake of kids, your home, or your career.

But I’m a big believer in “AND.”

You can have the amazing family AND a life of adventure.

You can have a thriving marriage AND a wildly successful business you love.

Most people think they have to choose, and it’s simply not true.

One of the first steps in bringing a vision to life is to speak it.

We hold back on verbalizing our dreams for fear of judgement, of failing to reach them.

So, I want to bring you that first step today so that you can begin to speak your biggest unfulfilled dreams into existence.

And I’m going to lead the way and get this started.
The big dreams and desires I have for my life that I haven’t yet achieved are:

  1. Let go and be present in every moment accept what is and surrender to what the universe has in store for me. This is an ongoing practice for me!
  2. Attract a loving partner to share life’s fun and adventures.
  3. Surf trip to get more skilled in this sport.
  4. Grow Full Circle Coaching into a larger community that provides triathlon and holistic lifestyle resources both locally and online.

Now, I want you to comment in this post below and tell me yours. Be open to what’s possible and share with me.

Once you begin speaking these things, you’re one step closer to them becoming a reality.

I can’t wait to read these!

I agree! Putting something in writing definitely makes it more concrete and tangible…it’s not just in your head anymore…here are some of my dreams:
    1. Complete a Ironman 70.3
    2. Move to/live in Colorado for some time (might not last long I’ve heard it’s cold!?)
    3. Apply and go on the Amazing Race with my younger sister! (And also be able to travel again…she’s hoping to study in Europe so I want to go visit her)
    4. Start a family and go on outdoorsy adventures

My dreams are to spend more time with my kids and grandkids. I also would like to find a loving partner to share my life with and travel to many fun places in the world. I’m past being into stuff and am focused on having many adventures in my life. I’m looking forward to completing a half Ironman next year. I also want to continue section hiking the Appalachian trail and finish the whole 2200 miles within the next 5 years.
