Recipe: Hemp Heart & Chia Seed Porridge
2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
3 Tbsp Chia Seed
1 Cup Arroy D Coconut Milk
1-2 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen
1/2 Banana or blueberries to taste
In a small saucepan combine ingredients and stir over heat for five minutes. Much healthier than Oatmeal.

Just made this! Added Trader Joe’s Organic Coconut Milk, Flax Milk for extra protein and gluten-free non-GMO oats for my son’s breakfast. Cooked it with lots of blueberries too! So good!!
