When I started Full Circle Coaching in 2010 after getting divorced and leaving my former coaching company with my ex-husband, I knew I wanted to do things differently.

I wanted to include all the missing details from our previous company.

The things that would help athletes achieve all their dreams and limit all the setbacks. 

Things like:
Nutrition and lifestyle support,
Mindset and mental skills
The best recovery tools and methods
Swim, Bike, and Run specific strength to prevent injury and, of course 
The details about skills for each of the three sports, along with racing. 

It's a lot, and any triathlete can get overwhelmed easily, but I had the vision and created it. 

My Ultimate Tri Camp is an integral yearly event that is part of the success of my training program.

It is literally my baby. Starting with just six athletes the first year, we have grown to 35 campers this year and are sold out.

Athletes are traveling from all over the world to get the benefit of face-to-face coaching and team camaraderie.

With six coaches on hand to give everyone what they need, the most fantastic guest speakers who uplift and support all aspects of the sport, and effective training sessions and recovery tools and methods to help balance out the training and rest. 

Ultimate Tri Camp is also a great way for the athletes I train who are not local to experience the team 

Every athlete who attends leaves with a toolbox full of knowledge and the exact next steps to set Personal Records for the rest of the year!

So proud of this camp and what it has become!

Congratulations to these campers for challenging themselves, and watch them all shine this year!
