You know how much I’m always telling you the importance of strength in your Triathlon Training Program.
My version of March Madness is a handy month’s worth of bodyweight strength and wellbeing tips for each day. It has three main points:
- Build some strength every day.
- Do a little bit more each day than you did before.
- Be mindful of eating well, managing stress, and maintaining relationships – all parts of a healthy lifestyle.
It’s attached for you to enjoy!
And even if you don’t start on the 1st – it’s ok. Start with day 1 and complete all 31 days.
