Meet Jackie
Age & Profession
I’m a 43-year-old General Contractor
Why did you choose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey?
I chose to train with Full Circle because I wanted more than just a training plan. I wanted experience, trust, and community. Their coaches have lived this lifestyle for years, and that depth of knowledge makes every session feel purposeful. I trust them not only with my goals but with my growth, because they see the whole athlete, not just the finish line.
And the community… that’s the heart of it. The support, the accountability, the shared victories and tough days it all makes the journey feel bigger than myself. Training with Full Circle means I’m surrounded by people who believe in me and push me to rise to my potential. That combination of expertise, trust, and tribe is exactly why I’m here.
What is your “A” race for this season? *
Just finished Miami Man Sprint Triathkon, next goal-
Key West Sprint Triathlon in December
What’s are your BIG goals?
My goal is to push my limits, perform better each race, and enjoy the journey.
What were some of your biggest improvements in performance for each of the following? Swim, Bike, Run, and Nutrition/Health. Please include any Personal Records and Goals Achieved.
I’ve made major progress across all disciplines:
Swim
I no longer panic and move through the water with better form and endurance.
Bike
I’ve learned to maintain a consistent heart rate and have improved both my distance and speed, consistently hitting new PRs. Just got a tribike so aerobars are my next challenge!
Run
I achieved my goal of a sub-30 5K, improved my mile pace from 10:45 to 8:43, and cut more than 15 minutes off my overall 5K time.
On top of that, my nutrition has improved as I’ve learned how to use gels, fuel properly before races, and maintain a diet built around whole foods.
Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey *
The biggest differences in my journey came from staying consistent, trusting my coaches and community, and growing my mindset. Showing up, applying feedback, and learning to stay calm and focused changed everything.
