Coach’s Notes: I hardly got to train with Beda this year, but every day I checked her training peaks IT was GREEN and it is done!
I love your steady dedication to the sport and your never-ending smile!
You are unstoppable, despite some big setbacks from a broken foot and some emotional rollercoasters just before the race.
You showed that on race day in an Ironman®, you just keep moving forward, positive thoughts and get the job done. Thank you so much for being such an amazing support to the tribe. Can’t wait for what’s next, after an EPIC 2021!
Age: 55 years old Profession: Business owner Why you chose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey? What is your “A” race for this season? Please share your BIG goals. Tell me about your successes so far: Swim: I have been working hard on my swim, and will continue to. My biggest improvement is being able to finish the swim feeling strong and energetic. Bike: I have been able to maintain a strong pace and still save my legs for the run, something I didn’t do in the past, when I used to go too fast on the bike. Run: Improve my pose and style and have learned to keep my heart rate low while going at a hard pace. Running is what I have improved the most this year. Nutrition: I have improved my nutrition at home with great results. Full of energy and good health. Personal records and goals this season; At the IM Augusta race, I was able to place top 10 (7th), with a sub 6 hour finish (5:55). At the IM Florida, I placed 14th, thanks to a strong run after a terrible swim. I was able to focus and push on my run and ended up doing my best time in a full distance triathlon run. Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey: What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon? What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program? Spots are open for my coaching program that guarantees results!
Rockstar Triathlete Miguel BrizuelaRockstar Triathlete Miguel BrizuelaCoach’s Notes: Miguel came to me with the intention of crossing the finish line in a triathlon but he achieved so much more. I’m so excited to share about his success because his approach to the Triathlon Transformation program was just to show up and see what happened. He used our training sessions as the gym workouts he used to go to. He learned HOW to swim, bike and run with our video evaluations and form corrections at the training sessions. He learned what kind of foods fueled his body best and has even been complimented on his new shape, which was a positive side effect of learning what works for him. He also learned how to use all the fancy equipment he purchased so that the information is understandable and his training is effective. Now, after 3 sprint triathlons under his belt and 2 more planned by the end of the year, his new goal is Ironman. Thank you so much Miguel for your happy smile at every workout and all the enthusiasm for your new triathlon lifestyle and trusting the process. So excited for the journey ahead! Age: 42 Why you chose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey? I decided to pivot into triathlons to be able to workout outside during the pandemic What is your “A” race for this season? Key West Olympic Please share your BIG goals: Full Iron Man Tell me about your successes so far: Full Circle is life changing. Daily workouts create so much joy and happiness, and physical and mental health. I went from never doing a triathlon to now having completed 3 sprint triathlons with confidence and planning to go longer. What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance for the each of the following? Swim: Bike: Run: Nutrition/Health: Please include any Personal Records and Goals achieved: I keep improving in my swimming technique, which I find challenging. My biking and running have improved as well. Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey:

Rockstar Triathlete: Enrique RaphaelRockstar Triathlete: Enrique RaphaelCoach’s Notes: I was so excited when Enrique reached out to me and committed 100% to the Triathlon Transformation program just 4 months ago. His results speak for themselves. A long time triathlete but not really doing the things necessary to reach the big goals. We got right to work with all of his evaluations, testing and nutrition protocol and you can read from his results it’s working. The fittest, healthiest he has ever been and then getting on the podium as a sweet side note made all the effort worth it!. So proud of all your successes thus far Enrique and the journey has just begun! Congratulations on being an example that anything is possible- Let’s do this!!! Watch our IG live celebrating his success- ADD THE LINK Age: 58 next October Why you chose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey? Despite having practiced sports most of my life, I felt I had been in a plateau for a long time training by myself and I wanted to take my training to a higher level. Since I met Erinne in the past and I knew what her athletes were accomplishing by following FCC I called her and I committed to work on her transformational program. What is your “A” race for this season? The reason I started this process was because I registered to the the lottery of the NYC Triathlon, so it was my “A” race at that point, nevertheless after three and a half months now my next big challenge is 70.3 Gulf Coast May 2022! Please share your BIG goals: Besides Gulf Coast, I am planning to do other races, including the Miami Half Marathon in February. The other one is to do again a race I did 8 years ago for my 50 running in Patagonia 100km in three days in December 2022. Tell me about your successes so far: If you measure success in terms of races results, I have been improving my PR through the year in the three sprints I already did and I completed the Olympic distance in NY; I you measure it in the way I feel the success is bigger, I feel much more confident to practice the three disciplines, to race and to take challenges in my preparation; In summary I am really enjoying the process! What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance for the each of the following? Swim: Bike: Run: Nutrition/Health: Please include any Personal Records and Goals achieved: I do not remember the exact numbers, but I have been dropping my time in all the disciplines through the different tests we have done. In the races I went from 1:24 in May to 1:13 last weekend. Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey: What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon? 1-The fact that there are three disciplines; it makes it more challenging but it is more fun too. 2- Team training – it makes all the difference having a group with same objectives working with you every day. 3- Coaches. Having the guidance and the support is a game changer. What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program? I would recommend it 200% – It is a lot of fun, it is something that will help people in any activity because it creates a lot of good habits: Discipline, commitment, self-motivation, healthier life, teamwork and perseverance among others. It makes you feel proud of yourself. Curious about Full Circle’s Triathlon Transformation program? You too can become a triathlete! Rockstar Triathlete Brian DubowRockstar Triathlete Brian DubowCoach’s Notes: Brian came to me with a dream to accomplish an Ironman in six months. Although he did have some running experience, I know that is not enough to get through an ironman. I prefer to take a newbie through a 2 year process of Sprints and Olympic distance races for the first year, and then 70.3 and full IM distance races for the 2nd year. This approach can be easier on the body and mind. Please watch my LIVE interview with Brian by clicking HERE!
Profession: MBA Candidate at UCLA Anderson Why you chose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey? I signed up for an Ironman with minimal experience in swimming and biking. I needed a coach and team that would help me transform into a triathlete in time for my race (six months out). After meeting with Erinne for a brief informational session, I loved her energy and knew she was the coach for me! What is your “A” race for this season? Ironman Lake Placid Please share your BIG goals: My BIG goal was to become an Ironman. At the time, I didn’t realize that the six months of training that went into becoming one was the real race, with the Ironman itself being a celebration which enabled me to officially call myself an Ironman and proudly rep the gear. Looking back now, thanks to the training I endured through FCC, the moment I toed the start line in Lake Placid, I was already an Ironman mentally which allowed me to accomplish my Big goal physically. As a goal oriented person, my next immediate BIG goals have to do with continuing to build my brand (Hit of Happiness), bringing my best self to business school every day, maintaining a healthy/organic diet and staying fit enough to easily ramp up for a marathon. In the long run, I do want to continue to test my endurance and my limits (or lack thereof). I definitely have a 100-mile ultramarathon on my bucket list. Tell me about your successes so far: Success is super relative. When I first started training with FCC, making it over the Key Biscayne bridge in one piece felt like a huge accomplishment. Then my first long ride down South with the team was a major milestone. Since then, I completed the Haines City half-Ironman and the Lake Placid Ironman. The real success was showing up to practice day after day after day and growing to love the training and lifestyle. What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance for the each of the following? Swim: Bike: Run: Nutrition/Health: Please include any Personal Records and Goals achieved: Swim: I had no form. I might as well have been a fish out of water. My 400m time improved by a minute and a half over my time at FCC and I went from fearing the water to someone who will continue to swim as a form of cross training for the foreseeable future. Bike: I wasn’t comfortable reaching down for my water bottle while riding when I joined FCC. I could barely even clip in. To be able to bike 112 miles on a hilly course like Lake Placid six months later says it all. Run: Erinne taught me a ton about running form. Even though I was a marathon runner prior to joining FCC, I now have a much more efficient stride and improved my all-out mile time by 20+ seconds. Nutrition/health: Transitioning back to a social school environment, I am definitely struggling to give up my Ironman training diet/lifestyle. Erinne taught me to eat a much more natural and nutritious diet while also maximizing sleep and minimizing alcohol. I am now far more intentional in what I put into my body and more aware of how different foods make me feel. Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey: What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon?Everyone is on a journey. I love hearing people’s stories and being a part of something that for most is about more than completing a triathlon. The community aspect, the internal growth and the self actualization all resonate with me. What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program? Just do it! While you may be considering it for physical reasons, you will quickly learn that this is also a spiritual and intellectual journey. With the support of the team and coaches, you can absolutely accomplish your goals, whatever they may be! The only thing standing in the way of you and your triathlon dreams is taking that first step. Also, I’ve never really had the will to change my nutrition and learn what is good and bad for me.
If I wanted to start training for a triathlon, I needed to learn how to swim, and in the ocean! Which is definitely not my happy place.
So the commitment was directly proportional to the help I needed.
What has been your personal experience during training? The experience was beyond what I expected from a training program, not only because I started to see improvements fast but also because being part of a community pushes you to do better every day.
It is an extra motivation to know that there are people who got your back besides your family. Also, the coaches push you to give your best and know what they are doing! (friendly but demanding).
The solution
This also gave me the opportunity to meet great people and be more open in building new relationships.
The results
I’m developing a “Mamba Mentality” to allow me to overcome the usual “I can’t do that.” Still WIP though.
I know my body and my physical potential better than ever, but also how to take care of it with nutrition, hydration or simply resting when needed.
I look better and that changed my mood.
Would you like to share a before and after moment? My “before moment” is me struggling in the water during a sprint in 2019 at Escape to Miami; swallowing water and thinking that I was going to die because there were some waves?
My “after moment” is two years later, crossing the finish of my first 70.3 after swimming 1.6K meters with cramps in my calves but knowing that I was going to finish the race.
The experience
What great thing(s) happened that you were NOT expecting? Besides meeting great people, I made a podium in a sprint distance and I got an invitation to the National Championship in August 2021. But I expect more great things to come!
How did you overcome any FEAR or uncertainties? Definitely training almost every day, gave me the ability to overcome fears such as the fear of swimming in open waters (or anywhere) and also prepares me for anything that may happen (accidents, cold, heat, flat tire, etc).
Finally, what would you say to someone considering training with Full Circle. Probably the same thing my friend Romain told me. The training program is the best and most professional, as are the coaches. And the community is full of great people/athletes.

Rockstar Triathlete Jacquelyn SchwartzRockstar Triathlete Jacquelyn SchwartzCoach’s Notes: I feel so blessed that “Jac” is part of the Full Circle Coaching team. With her education, it is wonderful to see how she has applied her knowledge to real time, actual training and performance. Her results speak for themselves. I am so happy with all her wonderful accomplishments thus far, and even more excited for what’s to come. One often hears people say, “knowledge is power” BUT, it must be applied to actually create power. This is exactly what “Jac” has done. Way to go girl! You’re an inspiration to me and the whole tribe. Keep doing what you are doing and the sky is the limit; meaning there are no limits for you! YES!!!!! Age: 24 Why you chose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey? I joined Full Circle as a coach, not realizing that I would also be able to participate, train, and totally level up as an athlete! The team/tribe is so exciting for me to work and train with because we train our athletes intelligently, based on science, with zero guess work. There’s also extreme attention to detail and we prioritize recovery with training and life balance. This is what sets Full Circle apart from other coaching companies. What is your “A” race for this season? I just competed in Ironman Florida 70.3 in Haines City. This was my main focus for the beginning of the year…now I am setting my sights on another half distance for the end of the year November or December. Please share your BIG goals: One day I will complete an Ironman triathlon (shh don’t tell my Mom) probably in 2023. In general, I want to keep improving, getting faster in all disciplines while also enjoying training for the sport. I love the triathlon lifestyle because I get to train and be in nature and be grateful for my strong, healthy body that I challenge every day. Tell me about your successes so far: I raced a personal record in a sprint triathlon in the beginning of March and another new record at the beginning of May, I just crossed the finish line of my first half Ironman, I helped organize and coach a successful Ultimate Triathlon Camp! What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance for the each of the following? Swim: I’m a strong swimmer (have been training in the pool since age 6) but have gotten a lot better at pushing myself at my pool paces in open water. And getting better at sighting, I used to always swim off course. Also, paying attention to my form more because it is not perfect! Bike: I know how to use my power meter now! And I upgraded to a tri bike 1 month before the 70.3…so putting in a lot more time in the saddle on that bike before the end of the year will make me unstoppable… Run: Have been dealing with ankle pain for the past 3ish years, have had unsuccessful PT. I switched to Altra zero drop sneakers, and I ran 13.1 miles in my race without noticing any ankle pain! My form is getting much better, less heel striking. Nutrition/Health: Learning more about training and racing nutrition. Recovery: I am adding this as a discipline…because it is that important! I used to never rest. It is still really hard for me to rest because I love training…but the week before all of my races this year I really restrained my volume and intensity to rest and recover for the race and that has made all the difference. Also, when I’m not racing, we use the schedule of 3 weeks training and 1 week of recovery so that I absorb the hard work I have done and rebuild muscle and energy rather than continually beating myself into the ground. Also, I have seen the benefit of yoga, kihara stretching, and Epsom salt baths to avoid injury, stress, and worry. Please include any Personal Records and Goals achieved: Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey:
What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon? Motivating myself and others to achieve that which I/they thought was not possible. What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program? Triathlon can seem intimidating from the outside, but absolutely anyone can do it. There is no better group to join that will help you achieve your wildest dreams. And teach you how to do it the right way (with no injuries or burnout); encouraging you to reach your potential and become the best version of yourself.
Rockstar Triathlete: Lily HarrisRockstar Triathlete: Lily HarrisCoach’s Comments: Lily was a part of my kids’ triathlon group in 2015. Her mom started training with me a few years ago and during Lily’s break from college, she decided to give triathlon a go again. I’m so happy she did!
Sometimes when there are big struggles, people just quit!, but not Lily! She showed up, listened, implemented and is literally killing it in all 3 sports after just a few months.
This weekend is her 1st 70.3, in Sebring. I’m so excited to see her joy across the finish line after all the hard work. Not many 20 year olds that I know are showing up to train at 6AM, six days a week. Way to go Lily, you can do anything you set your mind to; Believe it!!! (tap, tap, tap! 😉

Rockstar Triathlete: John DoddsRockstar Triathlete: John DoddsCoach’s Notes: Watch this video! Age: 57 Why you chose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey? A few months prior to my 1st triathlon I got an opportunity to participate in a 1 day “training” camp to go through different aspects of a triathlon and get a professional coach to assist with tips and tricks. That is where I met the vivacious coach Erinne. Coach Erinne detailed her extensive background in triathlon, I was wowed by what she has done, achieved, and trained/certified in. The way she presented different ideas in improving my performance; not just swimming, biking, or running, but diet, lifestyle, an approach to thinking how to be the best you, wow. I have been a part of the FullCircle team ever since. And to add why FullCircle? I have been invited with open arms to a group that does not judge but encourages, does not hold back but tries new ideas, does not shrink from fear but embraces it. I’ve done some “out of comfort zone” activities, and you might say triathlon is one of them, but I think not soo much. Over extending intense training and then taking a ice bath (80 bags of ice) is out of one’s comfort zone. But the ice bath opened me to trying a new idea and feeling alive and invigorated. What is your “A” race for this season? I had plans for 6 short course triathlons for the 2020 season, most to be a challenge. Unfortunately, the Covid pandemic blew the 2021 season. In 2022, the Jax Triathlon series, the LOCO Triathlon (double triathlon) and the Rock RollMan will be my “A” races. My “A” races are in the beginning, middle, and end of the season which will track and trend my performance, commitment, and consistency. Please share your BIG goals: I used to say “being fit to the point of being Sexy in Spandex” and for a 57 year old man that is saying a lot! FullCircle helped me achieve sexy in spandex some time ago. Now, it’s the training consistency of 5-6 days a week. Having a performance goal of swimming a full mile at 2min/100meters comfortably. Maintaining an average 170 watts on the bike. Running a 5k in less than 25min. Or to total is up, doing a sprint triathlon in under 1:25hr. Tell me about your successes so far: First, let me tell you about my 1st triathlon season. My 1st race, towards then end of the run (race), I was keeping up with an 80 year old nurse. The last 200 yards this 80 year old woman sprinted like I was standing still, while I was at complete exhaustion. My 2nd race, just about to finish the bike portion, a bike stopped in front of me where I grabbed the front brakes (instead of back) flipped end over end blowing out both my tires. I picked up my bike and ran into the transition area. I did finish the race though interestingly, I broke 3 ribs during the bike fall and ran that way. My 3rd race was out in the beautiful Jacksonville, Florida the triathlon was on the ocean. My swim had me so terrified that a man with no arms and was a triathlete, was providing me comfort. During the swim, in the ocean, 3 people swam over me making feel like someone was drowning me. I ended swimming the backstroke, which I never practiced, for fear that someone was going to pull me under. That triathlete with no arms, he was in the middle of the swim finishers. I did survive the swim and finish the race. In the last 3 years, I have completed 15 triathlons and a host of 10k’s and 5k’s. While not all my races were as colorful as my 1st season, each race has been memorable and my life has been better for it. What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance for the each of the following? Swim: Bike: Run: Nutrition/Health: Please include any Personal Records and Goals achieved: Swim: I went from barely swimming to the end of a 25 yard swim lane to focusing on a 2min/100meters for 600 meters in a triathlon race. And I did complete that swim portion in 12min. Bike: I went from sitting upright on a city/street bike, doing an average of 10mph to being able to ride my triathlon bike in an “aero” position at an average of 18mph during a race. Run: It use to take me 45min to complete a 5k race, last year 24min. I would have never attempted a whole lot out of my comfort zone. Now, I am open minded enough and willing to step out and experience something new. The ice bath I talked about earlier, I would have never done that before my triathlon life. Now, I look forward to next season, Ultimate Tri Camp and getting into that ice bath. Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey:
What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon? I went from a life of where “Rotten Johnny” was leading my life to “TinMan John” who has metal(grit) and heart. I love the person I have become (TinMan John), that’s triathlon for me. Also, the people you meet during training or racing, they are passionate, engaging, and alive. It’s addicting to be around triathlon people, you experience their best selves come out. What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program? You go through triathlon training and a race by trial and error and using the internet, that will be the expensive route emotionally, physically, equipment, and or experience. Participating with FullCircle helps weed through the triathlon process, finding the tips/tricks and tracking your individualized (key point) through firsthand experience. But more importantly, having the ability to talk with someone who knows what it takes to have that fulfilling mind, body and spiritual experience that you are looking for.
