Having a video analysis is essential to improving your form and speed for both swimming and running.

Pictured is Monica Burns, one of our athletes training for the ITU Long Course World Championship in Spain for 2019.

Monica has improved her swimming technique and time.  In three months she went from a 2:15 threshold swim pace to 1:46.
