Choose from drop-in sessions to any class, or join a program and save. We offer one, three, or six month “Sport Specific Program” packages for group Swim, Bike or Run sessions.

Swim Programs

Group Sessions are Wednesday mornings 5:45am-7:00am
Weekly group swim practice in the pool, includes open water session 2x/month on South Beach. Select program and tap link to register:
