Saturday – 7:00 am at the Full Circle Training Spot, across from Mast Academy just before Sequarium. If you are racing short brick, not racing long brick. Transition practice and a long or short brick depending if you are racing or not.
Bring everything you will need to swim, bike and run as well as a cooler with ICE in it to help keep core body temps down. It will be HOT HOT HOT!
