The Independence Day sprint duathlon & triathlon takes place at the beautiful Tradewinds Park located in Coconut Creek, Florida. On July 4th, before the barbecues and fireworks begin, athletes will compete in a fast and safe triathlon or duathlon. This Independence Day race is perfect for the new triathlete with a straight across the lake swim, traffic-less bike course, and a sidewalk run.
