List of equipment for in home strength training with Coach Erinne

Please consider getting some home equipment for strength training in your home. At some point you will need to work out from home.

I’m currently in the process of recording more triathlon specific workouts. Be on the lookout for these!

*Note be careful when ordering dumbbells, they sell them as single dumbbells and as a pair of 2, make sure to buy what you want!
