Better than Oatmeal

Oatmeal has been a staple in many athletes breakfasts for years and I used to eat it as well, but most oats have gluten and I cannot tolerate gluten, even the gluten free oats leave me with an unhappy bloated tummy.

This is a great healthy replacement that provides a gluten free, nutrient dense, healthy alternative that tastes great and gives that same nurturing feeling when you eat it! Check it out and let me know how you like it!

2 TBLS Organic Chia Seeds:
2 TBLS Organic Hemp Hearts:
3/4-1 C of Arroy D Coconut Milk:
1 Scoop of either Mt. Capra Clean Protein Powder or Vital Proteins collagen
1 TBLS Organic Raw Almond Butter:
1-2 Drops Cinnamon Essential Oil:
1/2 Organic Banana and or Handful of real organic berries or Goji berries
(If you need it to be sweeter add organic raw honey or maple syrup) 

Steps: Mix all the ingredients together in a stainless steel sauce pan (DO NOT USE NON STICK COOKWARE!) over medium heat, stir continuously to avoid sticking and add coconut milk to desired thickness.
So hearty, healthy and satisfying on a chilly day or as a snack. Can also refrigerate and serve chilled. Great option as a warm or cold snack or breakfast.
